ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the specialty of our items which are not stock items but special order, custom made or refurbished. Sales are Non-Cancelable and Non-Refundable (NCNR) after 24 hrs from date and time of order. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee on any orders we want to accept back or on any orders cancelled after 24 hrs after placing order or you do have the option to a store credit of 100% of the purchase price less any packing and shipping charges.
CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING of any orders we do accept back for credit or refund you are responsible for all charges incurred returning said items. If you received merchandise with a free shipping promotion we will deduct that shipping amount against your refund. The return item must be packaged in original or identical packing as it was received. Prior to shipping the return, you must contact customer service for a return authorization number. Please Note: If you are entitled to a cash/check or credit card refund we reserve the right to issue those refunds within 30 days after approval.
GAME RETURN POLICY on all orders. For any reason you are not happy with your purchase when you receive it you have 10 days to contact us and return items to us for 100% store credit less all incurred shipping charges. Items must be received to us in the same condition they were shipped and received.
TRADE-IN POLICY - We offer the BEST in the industry. Anytime within the first 2 years of your purchase we will guarantee at least 50% credit from your original purchase towards your trade-in less any fees incurred in getting items back to us. This guarantee does not apply to items that were special order and we don't stock, then we would give fair market value.
USED/REFURBISHED ITEMS; LIMITED WARRANTY comes with our 90 day parts warranty from the date of the pickup or delivery. To honor the parts warranty, contact customer technical support. Any defective part must be sent in for repair or replacement within the 90 day period to be covered under the warranty. There may be times that the part is no longer available and out of our control. We will do our best to repair the defective part and get it back to you as soon as possible. There may be a charge for outside service, labor, pickup and/or delivery.
NEW ITEMS WARRANTY come with manufactures warranty and will be replaced or repaired under the original manufactures (OEM) warranty effective at time of delivery anywhere from 90 days - One Year. You will need to contact us so we can handle these issues for you. FREE EXTENDED WARRANTY on all New Items from the factory. We back up factory warranties up to 3 years even though they only give 90/day - One year on parts. If you purchased item from us we will warranty any major parts such as, CPU Boards and Monitors on any electronic games up to 3 years from time of purchase as long as from normal wear and tear and machine used in proper environment that is not destructive to electronics.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES do we cover the cost of labor if a technician is required to go out to your location. Some items may require a slight adjustment upon delivery due to the normal effects of transportation such as vibration, shifting or mishandling. This could happen even if you move machine from one room to another. Buyer is responsible for any adjustments or repairs needed to the item after shipping caused by shipping, and any related costs involved. Such adjustments or repairs are usually very minor and can be fixed using our free technical support by calling 1-800-966-9873. If it is determined that it is more than a minor adjustment we will reimburse you up to $125 for labor, to have a tech come out and repair your machine, any amount above that will be your responsibility. This reimbursement is to help you only if you receive your machine not working. The service tech you hire must contact our service manager for approval of any repairs and cost that we are covering.
Note: Please understand that we have been in this business over 20 years and have networked and developed hundreds of contacts from around the country in all major cites to service our customers machines. But there are circumstances when a customer lives in such a remote area that the closest service person is 3-6 hrs away or even more. We can not be held responsible if you live in these areas and can not get proper or affordable service. Be assured though we will do everything we can in our power to rectify the situation.
DELIVERY RECEIPT OF ORDER All items are shipped with 100% insurance coverage as long as the delivery acceptance guidelines are followed. When your order is delivered immediately inspect the outer carton (on every side, including the bottom) and entire contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if it is clear that MAJOR damage has occurred, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement. If any minor damage has occurred that you believe can be replaced with parts, note damage on the delivery receipt (bill of lading) and accept the item. If you are unable to fully inspect the entire contents on delivery, you must write "SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION" on the delivery receipt. This insures we are able to file a proper concealed damage claim with the carrier. If the driver refuses to allow you to sign the delivery receipt (bill of lading) in the manner previously described above, refuse delivery and contact us.
ACCEPTANCE OF DAMAGED SHIPMENT will be your responsibility should you knowingly keep the damaged goods. Contact the carrier to process an inspection and claim. DELIVERIES THAT ARE SIGNED FREE AND CLEAR OF DAMAGES WILL BE THE RECIPIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping New Items allow 2-5 days to ship. For shipping delays or backordered items, customer may be contacted by phone or email. We can not be held responsible for manufacturing delays or backorders on new items.
Shipping Refurbished Items used items do take extra time and care and time finding parts needed to complete the refurnish process allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. We will always do our best to get items shipped out on time but can not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays out of our control.
